About the Creator

Meet Aoibhín McGreal, Chartered Physiotherapist, Clinical Specialist in Pelvic Health and founder of Vie Physio. Aoibhín completed her undergradutate physiotherapy training in University College Dublin and attended the University of Bradford for postgraduate training in Continence.  Aoibhín has over fifteen years clinical experience in assessing and treating pelvic pain as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team. She has worked in Beacon Hospital, Dublin, in primary care and is founder and clinical lead of Vie Physio, a dedicated pelvic health physiotherapy clinic in Naas, County Kildare.  Aoibhín is an advocate for furthering the awareness of pelvic floor physiotherapy. She has contributed to media coverage of pelvic floor dysfunction, including Pat Kenny on Newstalk, Spin1038, Image Magazine and Pregnancy and Parenting.  She has also presented at national and international conferences including the Continence Foundation of Ireland, the Irish College of GPs, the Irish Society of Urology and has lectured on Chronic Pelvic Pain in The Royal College of Surgeons, in addition to numerous speaking events by the Endometriosis Association of Ireland.
